Prices/Values - All stamps are priced according to condition. The Scott* catalog value, as well as the sales price is shown. SAVINGS - your percentage of savings from the catalog value and price of the stamp is shown for your convenience.
Customer Satisfaction - Sunset Stamps is committed to your satisfaction of your purchase. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for any reason (purchase price - shipping costs/processing fees). After 7 days and up to 30 days returns are allowed ONLY with a return authorization number. Returned items must be in original condition as originally received. Exceptions to this return policy are groups of stamps larger than five, all collections, and any item noted as an AS/IS sale.
Certification of stamps – Every attempt is made to properly identify all stamps as to their condition and genuineness. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for a certification of a stamp or item. At the time of purchase customer must indicate they plan to have an item certified (Sunset Stamps only recognizes, APS, PSE, and PF certificates), AND the item must be certified within 6 months from date of purchase.
Shipping and Insurance – Most items are offered with free first class shipping to the United States. Other items are shipped via current carrier rates. International shipping is available, please inquire. Insurance is an option that the purchaser may choose to pay extra for, SunsetStamps.com is not responsible for damage to any shipment, and cannot guarantee delivery dates.
